Our latest and greatest class schedule is below. For those of you who need your outdoor class fix, we're adding a Saturday morning rain-or-shine session in the near future! Stay tuned!
Adventure Race Training - Tuesdays 7:00pm, Thursdays 7:00pm
This is as far from the Big Box Gym Circuit as possible! Get ready for your next Tough Mudder, Bold r Dash, Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, etc using our obstacles as well as battling ropes, kettlebells, suspension training apparatus, rock climbing holds, balance beams, slosh tubes, and more! These classes are so much fun that they fly by and barely feel like a workout...until the next day!
Basic Training - Mondays 6:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am, Fridays 9:00am
Our intervals get your body moving using just that, your body! No fancy machines or equipment are involved in this one! We'll take you through circuits using fundamental human moves for a naturally fun workout!
Beginner Kettlebell - Wednesdays 6:00pm
Move arguably the single greatest and most versatile piece of fitness equipment! 60 minute classes will cover swings, cleans, push presses, pass-thrus, orbits, and more! We'll spend extra time on technique instruction but will always have plenty of opportunity for a fun and challenging total body workout!
Kettlebell Conditioning - Mondays 7:00 pm, Wednesdays 7:00pm, Thursdays 10:00am, Saturdays 10:30am
Our popular kettlebell-themed class features all the classic kettlebell moves but also utilizes our unique and challenging equipment for a mean total body diverse workout! Knowledge of the basic kettlebell moves (swings, cleans, deadlifts, press) is required to take this class.
