Welcome back! I hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable spring break! Students and staff have really impressed me this week by jumping back into the routine and working hard. We have 8 weeks left but rest assured, they will be filled with lots of great learning, fun student activities, and engaging end of the year events.

Our second round of ISTEP will begin April 18 - May 6th. Please work with your classroom teacher to be sure you schedule appointments around your child's testing schedule if possible. We appreciate your support and cooperation in providing your child with the best testing environment.

We would like to congratulate all of the students who earned perfect attendance for the 3rd 9 weeks and for those students who earned A and A/B honor roll. I had a chance to distribute certificates and awards to the students this week. This is definitely one of my favorite things to do!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Dress warm and bundle up! Glad to see the forecast for next week looks much better.

General Meeting - Our next PTO meeting will be Tue, April 12 at 6:30pm. Our last general meeting of this school year will be Tue, May 10. We will have a special Volunteer Thank You Celebration. We hope you can join us for a very fun and informative meeting!

 

 

Mornings with Mom  - Our annual Mornings with Mom event is scheduled for April 12, 14 and 15. Volunteers are needed all three mornings to help collect donations and serve breakfast. Spring Clean Up - Spring is right around the corner and we are looking for volunteers to help spruce things up outside at White Lick! Box Tops for Education -  Remember, we collect Box Tops ALL year! Make sure to ask friends and family who may not have young ones in school to save those Box Tops!
