Whitehead offers a uniquely beautiful and peaceful place for the traveling learner. Our yoga course is designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga, as well as those seeking to enhance and deepen an established yoga practice.
Our instructor, Lily Sibley has advanced certification as a Classical Yoga teacher, is a certified Reiki Master and a licensed teacher of Healthy-Steps, a movement therapy program for breast cancer survivors and those with chronic illness. As is true for all courses at Whitehead, Lily is an expert in her field, offering first rate instruction.
