Who Inspires You?
Jim Rohn said, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." I have to say that I agree. Take a look around. Who do you choose to spend time with? How do they make you feel? Do these people inspire you?
When I look at my Fab 5, I find people who are like me in some ways, but more importantly, they are people who hold qualities that I aspire to have more of: patience, lightness, global perspective, wit, compassion, wisdom, and confidence. They are also the people who have supported me throughout this business ownership journey (both good and bad times) and their influences can be readily seen in the culture and brand we have established. I bet it is very much the same for you. My Fab 5 inspire me daily to be a better person and to make Belladia a better company. I couldn't be more thankful for that.
