Greetings,

I am sure we can all agree there are days we ask "what have I gotten myself into?". For me in those moments, I have to stop and think about how blessed I am to be able to have my own business and impact people in a positive way. Many of us take for granted our jobs and businesses at times when we are overwhelmed. Remember, God will not take you where he won't equip you, so always let your faith supersede your fears.

This week our Jet Magazine "BOSS Up" features member Latasha Kennedy with "13 Ways to Stay Motivated on Days You want to Quit".  Creating the life you want can be an extremely rewarding experience, yet there are times when you may find yourself stuck in a place where you're questioning yourself, your abilities, your competence, your gifts, and the list goes on. You wonder if the hard work is really worth it or if it's best to just cut your losses, and quit. I really don't think you can ever lose by betting on yourself and giving everything you've got to seeing your vision for your life manifested. However, practical issues call for practical solutions.
