Holiday Outreach
The holidays are just around the corner and now it is time to begin St. Andrew's Holiday Outreach.  Last year, our school worked very hard to fill 170 Holiday Boxes with non-perishable food items for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for both Parish and School families in need.

Our hope is to fill as many boxes again this year.  Each homeroom is being asked to fill 2 "Big Boxes" and 2 "Small  Boxes."  Please contact your homeroom coordinator if you have any questions.

I f you or your family would like to fill a box or two, a supply of empty boxes with food lists attached is available through the main office. Please click here for a copy of the box list.

The proceeds are part of the $1.2 million that Stephen's Foundation has raised since its inception.

Over $900,000.00 has been provided in tuition assistance to children attending Catholic schools in the Diocese of Fort Worth, impacting the lives of more than 1,000 children from 700 different families at all 20 schools in the Diocese.

Additionally, Stephen's Foundation has sponsored cancer patient rooms at both Cook Children Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House to support children in their struggle against cancer.

Lending Library
Looking for a book to deepen your knowledge of Catholicism?  Anything by Dr. Scott Hahn, a convert to Catholicism, will teach you about your faith and its roots in Scripture.  Check out A Father Who Keeps His Promises, on the shelves of our spiritual lending library at the school's entrance.

In this book, Hahn explores the "covenant love" God reveals to us through the Scriptures and explains how God patiently reaches out to us despite our faults and shortcomings, to restore us into relationship with his divine family.

Join Hahn as he follows the high adventure of God's plan for the ages, beginning with Adam and Eve and continuing down through the generations to the coming of Christ and the birth of the Church. You'll discover how the patient love of the Father revealed in the Bible is the same persistent love he has for you.

Volunteers Needed
We would love to have your help in the Cafeteria. Parents, if you have a little extra time and are interested in helping at lunch time, please email Veronica Tucker. Whatever time you are able to give is greatly appreciated!
