The KITE STEM Challenge
The KITE STEM Challenge (Kirkland Interactive Technology Experience) is a Google-sponsored challenge between Lake Washington schools to see who has the most STEM knowledge.  Every correct answer gives your school a chance to win up to $10,000 cash for STEM programs, as well as individual rewards.  The challenge is open to every student in the district, from kindergartners to high school seniors, everyone is encouraged to participate.  It lasts through May 13th.

Help Wilder move up in the rankings! Our school is currently in 7th place (out of 29), but we can improve with every question students answer. Bonus points are given for questions that are answered while at a Kirkland park. If you haven't already done so, please download the KITE STEM app (iOS or Android), visit Kirkland parks, and encourage your children to share their knowledge so that they can help earn money for Lake Washington schools!

You can also visit the website to learn more and sign up.  http://www.kitestem.org/
