FXP Fitness Certification this Saturday!

Ever thought about sharing your passion for fitness? FXP Fitness was born from the belief that fitness should be an enjoyable experience that yields great results. This class is a mixture of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Hoop infused moves that is a fun and effective fitness program that helps individuals of all ages and stages - from newbies to ninjas - achieve the results they desire. The progression of movements increases flexibility, while lengthening, toning and strengthening the entire body.

New Classes in Hooping, yoga and fusion classes.


DayTuesdays Oct 6th - Nov 24th 5-6pm Needham Community Education 

Hoop dance is an expressive way to move your body with a prop.  We focus on building a  foundation of movement while building stamina, coordination and finding freedom in the hoop.


Day:  Tuesdays Oct 6th - Nov 24th 6-7pm Needham Community Education
 
FXP Fitness fuses together Pilates, barre, yoga and a hula hoop.  The metabolic study on the workout was upwards of 800 calories an hour!  Even though this is a kids toy - this certainly isn't child's play! Bring a yoga mat and water - hoops are provided and are also available for purchase. 


Yoga Flow at Roots and Wings Mondays 6-7:15pm
Every Monday night find release through linking breath and movement in a flow driven class.   My yoga class combines dynamic motion along with held postures to challenge mental and physical stamina, strengthen and tone your body and mind, and to find acceptance in releasing tension.  I utilize my personal training background to add functional movement training for a total body workout.  No class 8/31 or 9/7

Hoop groove at Roots and Wings Mondays 12:30-1:30pm
This class fuses hooping, dance and drills for a complete holistic way to engage your body.  They say, if you find something you like to do - you'll do more of it.  Hooping is an addictive dance that makes your body happy.  We learn on and off body hooping as well as tricks and choreography.  What are you waiting for?  Join us today! Hooping at Diosa Dance Fitness Tuesdays 8-9pm
Like always Diosa features Hoopalicious class with rotating teachers Manya and myself.  Each class is unique and draws out the authentic dance in all of us.  Check out Diosa for more information on classes.   Classes are Tuesdays from 8-9pm.

I had a BLAST teaching at New England Flow Fest this past weekend.  NEFF is in it's second year and they did it right.  Honestly, next isn't to be missed.  The festival features yoga and flow arts.  It is a 'pick your own adventure', all classes are included.
