If you're tired of reacting to politics, be proactive using our definition of politics for the common good, developed over 25 years in the United Nations community, the Peacebuilding Process of Reconciliation to Develop Political Will, based on  Rousseau's will of the people for the common good.

America's Soul Purpose Cafes are co-hosted by  Gene Bellinger Mary Waggoner-Moritz and myself  to bring  together concerned  people around the world for America's soul.

I hold a vision of everyone stepping up to their patch on the patchwork quilt of America's soul, Phoenix, and we are all working together in equal partnership. Every patch is important. Noone is above or below anyone else.

We use the WorldCafe model, a natural & effective way to host meaningful conversations that awaken collective wisdom & engage collaborative action.

When the soul is neglected, it appears symptomatically in obsessions, addictions, violence and loss of wisdom, says author Thomas Moore in his book Care of the Soul: A Guide for Cultivating Depth and Sacredness in Everyday Life.  He writes that "we have lost our wisdom about the soul and even our interest in the soul."

The World Café is a powerful social technology for engaging people in conversations that matter, offering an effective antidote to the fast-paced fragmentation and lack of connection in today's world.   Based on the understanding that conversation is the core process that drives personal, business, and organizational life, the World Café is more than a method, a process, or technique - it's a way of thinking and being together sourced in a philosophy of conversational leadership.
