    WELLNESS TIP
Women's Health:   Yoga and tai chi are two ways to keep your joints flexible and your muscles strong.  It's important to keep your joints flexible so you can tie your shoes or zip up your dress. More importantly, it can help prevent falls. Try it!  You just may like it.  Source: www.hap.org - HAP Wellness Tips

CAREGIVING TIP
Cooking: Cutting up fruits and veggies into easy to grab snacks will help you to get your 7-9 servings a day that you need. Keep sliced fruit from turning brown by dipping it in lemon water.  Source: www.hap.org - HAP Wellness Tips
