CONGRATULATIONS
We are pleased to announce the
2015 Embracing Quality Award Winners 
and the newest QAPI accredited nursing centers!

This year, 331 skilled nursing centers have been named recipients of Providigm's fourth annual Embracing Quality Award. Winners were awarded for outstanding performance in one or more of three categories: 
  • Attaining a deficiency-free annual survey in 2015
  • Having a  low risk-adjusted rate of readmission to hospitals
  • Achieving exceptionally favorable customer satisfaction ratings
To be eligible to win an Embracing Quality Award, centers needed to achieve Providigm's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Accreditation. In total, 1,152 nursing centers, located across 49 states and Ontario, Canada, have received Providigm's Basic QAPI Accreditation during 2015, with an additional 360 facilities achieving Providigm's Advanced QAPI Accreditation!
