Learn everything about Louisiana's favorite food. Crawfish farm tours in Jeff Davis Parish will run seasonally from March-May. Experience the habitat, harvest, distribution, and consumption of Louisiana's #1 crustacean. Tour starts pond side on a working crawfish farm, then on to I-10 Crawfish Exchange, and finishes up at the Gator Chateau. A tour for all ages. Perfect for school groups.

Hold a baby gator! Visit our Rescue, Educate, and Release facility at the I-10 Oil & Gas Park in Jennings, LA (Exit 64). Can accommodate group tours (please call in advance). A free attraction!

Bayou Rum Distillery
