Held in conjunction with the Jennings Mardi Gras Festival, this annual competition showcases Accordion players from all ages and areas as they battle it out to be named the Squeezebox Champion.

Learn everything about Louisiana's favorite food. Crawfish farm tours in Jeff Davis Parish will run seasonally from March-May. Experience the habitat, harvest, distribution, and consumption of Louisiana's #1 crustacean. Tour starts pond side on a working crawfish farm, then on to I-10 Crawfish Exchange, and finishes up at the Gator Chateau. A tour for all ages. Perfect for school groups.

Hold a baby gator! Visit our Rescue, Educate, and Release facility at the I-10 Oil & Gas Park in Jennings, LA (Exit 64). Can accommodate group tours (please call in advance). A free attraction!

Bayou Rum Distillery
Located in Lacassine, LA (I-10 Exit 48). The Spirit of Louisiana! Visit the largest private rum distillery in the USA, using all Louisiana ingredients. See how it's made and visit the tasting bar on their free tour! Be sure to stop at the gift shop, featuring all their products, as well as great Louisiana souvenirs.
