The past couple months have been one's of deep reflection, setting goals and planning ahead. Planning where I want to go and grow personally and where Horse Sense will go and grow this year. We have some exciting things coming up this year! We will be offering some new events and some special women's retreats this year! We are also planning to offer Grit with Grace to teens who are preparing to go off on their own! Check out the new Equusology book in our store!

. I am exited that we are building a separate Grit with Grace page which is currently under construction. I am planning a blog on Grit with Grace topics, handy-woman & handyman tips and whatever else we can stir up!
When reflecting upon what we do, that is the horses and I, we really have a deep desire to assist people in rediscovering who they are. In finding their own capacity for self reliance yet interdependence - to honor their personal Grit with Grace. It really boils down to letting go of those old stories that are no longer serving us and in the
resiliency of making room for fresh, new stories. It's all about healing old stuff and getting inspired!
The field of healing and educating in partnership with horses is a fast growing industry that is reaching children, families, and adults with healing and personal growth on myriad levels. Businesses and corporations large and small are also benefiting from horses who teach them about working with others, resiliency and having strong teams. We are sharing some articles about horses and healing in this edition of our news letter.

The ability of horses to assist us in so many ways is becoming more and more clear to even the non-horse persons. I am super excited to be going to my dear friend and colleague, Sara Sherman's facility this spring for continuing education on working with youth!
