Annual Bike to the Beach Ride
July 28th

Dear Friends,

2017 is off to a great start! We are looking forward to the many educational workshops, sensory friendly family events, and BE SAFE trainings we have planned as a demonstration of our commitment to promoting understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders for families, educators, and related service providers.  We are excited to be hosting our Third Annual Health and Safety Fair for Individuals with Special Needs and another iCan! Ride Bike Camp.  We will also be piloting two new programs this year AND opening our center based program - stay tuned for more details!

RISE for Autism will continue offering school consultation and training services in both Howard and Anne Arundel County School Systems in this upcoming year and are constantly impressed  with  the dedication of our local systems to improving services available to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

We will continue our fundraising effort throughout the year to realize each of mission areas: community and professional  awareness, family support and resources, financial assistance, and a continuum of therapeutic services .  RISE has grown more in the past few years than we could have imagined and it is largely in part to the generosity of our community sponsors.  We make it a point not to solicit funds from families impacted by Autism for these events, but just hope you will spread the word about our events! All fundraising stays LOCAL and directly supports our initiatives.

Looking forward to connecting with all of you in 2017!
