WINTERIZING YOUR FEET
7 TIPS TO FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE
Wear appropriate socks and shoe gear.

Keep the entire temperature of your body down to your toes better regulated with a thermal undershirt and hat.

Your feet sweat more in warm winter socks and boots.  Keep feet, socks and shoes dry  Use a foot antiperspirant to avoid excessive  wetness, or if your feet are dry an appropriate moisturizer.

Insulated insoles (available at my office) keep your feet warm.

Avoid exposing the feet to frostbite and injury.

Stretch before your run to warm up muscles.

Cold feet should be soaked in warm, not hot water.
