Lemon Bay Tower Stacked

The tower at Lemon Bay High School in Charlotte County, Florida has been stacked and is awaiting carrier equipment installation. As reported in last month's Wireless Tower News, this tower is the first constructed by Milestone in Florida. The tower is a 120' monopole, located by the school's running track. Verizon is slated to be the first wireless carrier.
Chinn Building Permits Approved

Prince William County approved development plans for a 105' marquee tower at Chinn Aquatics and Fitness Center. Set to be completed towards the end of May, each panel will feature a custom design of flora and fauna. Verizon and T-Mobile are both slated to be on the tower, which will be part of an agreement with Prince William County Public Works.

Summit Parkway Middle Successfully Rezoned
The Richland County Council has unanimously approved a zoning amendment that will allow for wireless infrastructure at Summit Parkway Middle School in Columbia, SC. The school is part of Richland School District 2. Milestone may now proceed with permitting for the proposed 120' monopole, which will replace an existing lightpole and be located next to the school's soccer field. This will be one of Milestone's first tower sites built in South Carolina.

Milestone To Market Cecil County Sites
Milestone has executed an agreement with Cecil County, Maryland to market county property to wireless carriers as possible locations for wireless infrastructure including cell tower development.

Executed on April 17th, the agreement includes 126 possible sites and is good for four years with the possibility for one four-year extension.

Cecil County is located in the northeast corner of Maryland and is home to more than 100,000 residents.

The South Wireless Summit, produced by the the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) and several State Wireless Associations, is the wireless infrastructure industry's largest gathering of thought leaders and technology experts focused on expanding next-generation communications throughout the south region.
