The Board of Zoning Appeals voted to approve Milestone's tower at the Greenville Parks Headquarters in Taylors, SC. This will be the first wireless tower constructed by Milestone in partnership with Greenville County.

At a community meeting held by Milestone, park patrons expressed concerns about the impact it would have to the existing dog park. Milestone revisited the design and worked with the County to relocate the tower and redesign the compound. These efforts reduced the impact of the dog park by 70%. Milestone will also be providing shade structures in both the large and small dog parks for occupants to enjoy.

Verizon will be the first carrier to locate on the tower. The 120' monopole will be located to the northeast side of the property.

When fully constructed, the 105' marquee tower will feature panels displaying a custom design of flora and fauna. Verizon and T-Mobile are both slated to locate on the tower. The Center is a Prince William County Parks facility and, as part of Milestone's partnership agreement, the County will receive a recurring revenue stream from this tower for years to come.
