Herndon District Office Complete
The completed tower at Herndon District Office.
Herndon Dominion District Office is the second tower built in the Town of Herndon by Milestone Communications. At 120' tall, this monopole is leased by Verizon Wireless, but is also an attractive co-location opportunity for wireless carriers on nearby transmission power poles lining Fairfax County Parkway. Milestone overcame project challenges to successfully complete this tower.

Milestone Director of Business Development, Jennifer Bond, appeared on a panel at this year's National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) Conference in Austin, TX. The panel discussed what communities are doing to encourage deployment, support new technologies, and expand access to broadband.

Hopecam Gala a Huge Success
Milestone team members and guests at the Hopecam Gala.

Hopecam, the non-profit charity that uses technology to connect children undergoing cancer treatment to their friends at school, kicked off an ambitious fund-raising campaign with a gala celebration on October 20. The Give Hope, Get Connected! Celebration raised close to $150,000 towards the organization's goal of doubling in size and serving all 50 states. Learn more >>
