Marquee Tower at Corkran Middle School Brings Improved Coverage and School Visibility
The completion of the cell tower at Corkran Middle School in Glen Burnie, MD--the result of Milestone's Master Marketing Agreement with Anne Arundel County Public Schools--has proven to be a win-win on all fronts. The school system is generating much-needed revenue, the wireless carrier is able to provide network coverage improvements, and the marquee design of the tower enables the school itself to enjoy increased visibility in the community.

Milestone is pleased to welcome Julia Dulc (left) and Lizette Fox to our accounting team. Both will be working part-time while in school--Julia pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance at George Mason University and Lizette a master's in accounting at American University. We look forward to their assistance in all aspects of Milestone accounting!

Milestone Partners with Richland Two School District in SC
Many New Sites Under Management
Milestone has executed a Master Lease Agreement with the Richland School District Two in Columbia, SC. The agreement, executed on August 22, carries a ten-year term, during which Milestone will market sites to wireless carriers as possible locations for telecommunications facility installments. The agreement with Richland includes elementary, middle, and high school sites, as well as vacant land and administrative centers. In total, 39 sites will be included in the portfolio. One high school and one middle school location have already generated wireless carrier interest. Read more >>
Out and About
Milestone employees enjoyed their annual evening at Nationals Park, watching the Nats take on the Indians. This year's team building event also served as a welcome to a number of new employees.
