The Participants

The right participants for Innovative Leadership are focused making a difference everyday within their organizations, and are ready to take powerful action to move to the next level of effectiveness and impact. Women leaders who love looking at themselves and their businesses in new and creative ways. In other words, You, along with your peers at the Director & VP Level within organizations from the Fortune 500 to start-ups.

 

The Basics

  • Meet monthly for 3 hours (usually 7:30 am- 10:30 am) with 12-15 leaders in a confidential setting.   
  • Each session includes presentation, discussion, and opportunities for individuals to discuss their own challenges and reflect on themselves as innovative leaders.
  • Led by Jacqueline Byrd and Debby Magnuson.  
  • Cost: $2,750, all inclusive.

Consultants/Coaches

Dr. Jacqueline Byrd's expertise is in working within organizations and companies on leadership, strategy and developing/creating/and cultivating innovation in individuals, teams and organizations. She works across industries. She also serves as adjunct faculty in the Master's in Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine University where she teaches Strategic Management and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She is the brain behind the Creatrix Innovation Assessment and Platform; used by hundreds of organizations. Debby Magnuson is VP of Talent Management with CPI's Twin Cities' office, where she creates powerful insights and strategies that support successful individual and organizational growth. As an executive coach, Debby works with clients to assess skills and strengths, clarify goals, and create personal marketing strategies to make "best fit" career moves. As an organizational consultant, she partners with corporate clients on talent management strategies to address succession management issues. Debby is valued by her clients for her warm personal style and ability to challenge them deeply to bring out their best.
