To show their support of A Woman's Place (AWP), members of The Women of the Moose Chapter #471 of Sellersville, Pennsylvania took up a collection of toiletries, paper products, clothing, and other items from AWP's Wish List to donate to victims of domestic and dating abuse and violence and their children.
"Domestic violence is a serious issue in Bucks County," said Women of the Moose Chapter #471 Senior Regent, Dottie DeWolf. "A Woman's Place, and the support they provide to victims of domestic violence and their children, is extremely important to our community. This donation is our way of partnering with the organization and helping to make Bucks County a safer place. We intend to continue taking up collections throughout the year."
