Women's Fund Year End Wrap Up
As the year draws to a close, the Women's Fund has many accomplishments to celebrate; total grantmaking surpassed $1.1 million, three new funds were established and the luncheon raised a record breaking $162,500 for the health, safety, economic security and leadership development of local women and girls.

Benefit Concert Raises Money
for The Trina Fund
The Trina Fund was established within the Women's Fund on April 16, 2009
by Trina Reynolds. Trina wanted to make sure that transportation was not a barrier to treatment - or a second opinion - to other women with breast cancer. Sadly, Trina lost her courageous battle on October 2, 2011 at the age of 49.
On October 28, Trina's daughter Hillary Reynolds and her band, Peridot, held a concert with the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra to honor Trina's memory and help raise awareness.
The concert was a success in every way. Proceeds from the event and resulting donations have raised nearly $12,500 for the fund!
Since the fund began, 66 women living in 43 different cities within Wisconsin have received assistance totaling
We are pleased to honor Trina's generous spirit by helping her legacy live on in this way. Please visit our

Year End Stock Gifts
Do you know you can gift stock to the Women's Fund? Giving securities
may be appropriate if:
- You own stocks, bonds or mutual fund shares that you have held at least one year.
- Those securities have increased significantly in value.
- Your financial advisor suggests you rebalance
Please be sure to let us know if you plan to make a gift of securities and we will be happy to give you (or your financial adviser) transfer instructions. To ensure your stock gift is completed by the end of the year, we recommend that you initiate the gift by December 16.
