 Cholesterol / FH Patient Survey:
WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease, in collaboration with The FH Foundation, is conducting this research study to better understand how many people are affected by a diagnosis of high LDL ("bad" cholesterol) or the genetic condition FH (familial hypercholesterolemia). For those affected by these conditions, we would like to explore your health habits related to diet, exercise, medication and treatment.
