th
grade camp. It will be held on April 16, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Woodbury Auditorium.
Prize Donations & Camperships Needed for Camp
Prizes can be small, inexpensive items children would find fun. Some popular items last year were posters, t-shirts, card games, balls, hats, books, jump ropes, water bottles, and stuffed animals. We are also looking for monetary donations for "camperships" to help support all students' ability to participate in 6th grade camp. We welcome donations to the Campership fund! Do you have something to donate? Please contact Ms. Rashid at Woodbury at 295-4154. Thank you for your help making this a great camp experience for all of our 6th graders!

Thank you!
Special thanks to all of the parent volunteers who helped make each of these nights happen.
Both Kids Night Out events brought in over 200 students who had fun swimming, playing basketball, watching magic, playing volleyball, dancing, crafting, and eating with their fellow classmates.
We could not have made it happen without the help from Parents and our dedicated Staff!
Thanks again,

Summer Construction Projects at Woodbury
There are several construction projects at our schools from June 7-August 17. Please be aware that there will be limited parking at the schools while the construction workers are on site.
Please note the following construction projects at Woodbury:
Flat-roof replacement
Also, we expect congestion in and around the High School Oval as the following parking lots will be closed for the summer construction period:
High School south parking lot
High School north parking lot
Please plan accordingly if you’ll be visiting or picking up/dropping off students at the High School. We suggest budgeting an extra 10 minutes for walking from your car to a building. The Administration Building lot will be restricted to building users only.
During the construction period, the SELF and Shaker Heights City Summer Recreation Programs will run according to schedule in the respective buildings. Walk-in routes to the buildings will be identified. Participants and employees should plan accordingly to gain access to the buildings.
