Exercising Leadership: How Do We Speak to Loss?

Such short notice was given for this webinar last time we wanted to give more folks the opportunity to join in on this important discussion.  It was one of the most requested by WorkWell KS participants.

Some components of WorkWell KS require that we exercise leadership, sometimes asking colleagues and even supervisors to try different (and sometimes uncomfortable) practices.   Participants will discuss opportunities to exercise leadership in the form of speaking to loss.

Amanda Cebula, Director of Progject Development at the Kansas Leadership Center will help webinar participants think through opportunities to exercise leadership by speaking to loss (of donuts, among other things).

When: Wednesday, July 15th at 2:30-3:30

Registration information will be coming out in the July newsletter.
