Thank You, Working Group Volunteers!
Thank you for coming out on Monday and providing your input! If you have feedback on the meeting, use this survey to let us know!

Next Steps
Staff are taking the major tensions that each working group identified and writing questions to pose to the larger community in June. The  Community Advisory Committee  will then review those questions and help create the activity for the June event.

The tensions and factors that working groups identified are available on the Project Library  or to download here .
Save the Dates in June
Important Note: There is a date change from June 5th to June 6th due to a reservation conflict.

June 6th from 5:30-8 PM
(open house at 5:30 PM, Workshop at 6 PM)
or
June 10th from 2:30-5 PM
(open house at 2:30 PM, Workshop at 3 PM)

We will need neighborhood volunteers on both dates to facilitate the activity and share your expertise. If you are interested in facilitating at the June event, you are encouraged to attend the June event run-through (see below).
Stay Involved!
Outreach Volunteers
This was our last working group meeting before the community-wide event in June, but there are plenty of ways to stay engaged. We will need outreach volunteers to hang posters, talk to neighbors, and table at events and grocery stores. If you indicated on a sign-in sheet that you were interested in these opportunities, volunteer coordinators Mary and Carleen will reach out to you soon. If you missed the sign-up sheet and would like to volunteer, please email us directly.

June Event Run-Through

On Tuesday, May 22nd from 6-8 PM there will be a run-through of the group activity planned for the June event. We need volunteers to come and give it a test run. Working group members who volunteer are asked to bring a friend or neighbor who has not been part of a working group. The goal is to get a range of perspectives and best plan for the community event in June. Please sign up in advance, as we are capping the trial run at 40 volunteers.
The River Road and Santa Clara Community Organizations, in collaboration with neighbors, businesses, the City of Eugene and Lane County, are creating a vision that will guide decision-making in River Road and Santa Clara for decades to come.
