Cultivating an attitude of gratitude is one of the best ways to be happier and more successful. Peak performance expert Tony Robbins said, "When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears."

 

CRAVEWhen I speak about

Expressing Thanks, which is the final step in the "CRAVE Your Goals!" formula, I recommend five ways to do it, like writing in a gratitude journal a few nights a week before going to sleep. 

 

While this is a powerful practice, we sometimes need a little extra prompting.  

 

I just discovered Happy Rambles, a free, online service that sends a daily "What are you grateful for today?" email. Reply with three to five things and your answers are stored in your own private, online gratitude journal. The email also includes a random entry from your journal as a happy reminder. You can set it for a specific time and choose the days you'll receive the email.
