Using a pedometer, fitbit ot Carrot Reward App to track your steps, take a lunch time walk and try to get 1000 steps.Make it more fun and bring a co-worker for an extra challenge.

If you are looking for an extra challenge, try to get 2000 steps during your lunch time walk.
DAILY STRETCH:
Neck Rolls

While sitting or standing at your desk, complete 10 neck rolls (both direction), each hour during your work day.
