DAILY CHALLENGE:

Drink more water!! Keep a water bottle at your desk or work space and refill as soon as it becomes empty! Try to drink one extra bottle of water throughout the day!

Keep it interesting!
Are you finding it hard to drink plain water? Add lemon or other fresh fruit to give your water a splash of flavor!
DAILY STRETCH:
Forward Bend

Remain seated, extend your legs and reach down towards your toes. This stretch with help with the proper circulation of blood throughout your body.
