World Physical Activity Day - 'Be Active Everyday'
 
Despite busy schedules, make the time to accumulate at least 30 minutes of physical activity each and everyday! Celebrate World Physical Activity Day by participating in your favourite activity, or spice it up and try something new!

DAILY STRETCH:
Wrist Stretch

Place your wrist on the desk so they face away from you, and apply pressure until you feel the stretch. Hold for a few seconds, finish off my completing some wrist circles!
