Children's Check-In Update
We were blessed to spend some time this week with a representative from the company that created our Sunday check-in process. After 10 hours of laboring, the representative was able to help us find a more secure and much faster check-in process. I know many of you share the same frustration I do about the frequency of problems related to the check-in system.
We believe we have most of the major problems fixed and hope you will share in our excitement about the updates, which will allow you to check your children in and out more easily every Sunday and Wednesday. We tested these updates last night AWANA with good success.
From now on you will receive two tags. One tag is the name tag you place on your child, and the other is your receipt to pick your child up. No more books! Yay! When you pick your child up, the volunteers which match the security number on your tag with your child. It is now as simple as that.
Two other quick notes:
- For nursery though two years old, a third tag will print for diaper bag/bookbag/etc
- If you would like your children to participate second hour in the VIP room, please make that additional notation on the check in screen
