Greetings Fruit Lovers!

Spring temperatures have finally arrived and our fruits are growing fast! It looks to be a great season and we have some openings on our staff. We are looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic people who have the ability to serve our customers with a smile through the busy harvest season. Hiring preference goes to people who are available for our entire season, June through October.


Farm Kitchen

At Tougas Family Farm, we make desserts and other goodies with our delicious fruits and berries, such as fruit crisps, coffee cakes, shortcakes, fruit breads, cobblers and pies.        
Our Lead Baker needs to have some culinary experience, including Serve-Safe training & good sanitation practices, familiarity with commercial equipment, and some experience with volume production. Must be able to follow recipes and have good kitchen math skills. Other skills needed include inventory & ordering, production schedules, multi-tasking, and directing fellow team members. Positive, service-oriented attitude a must. This is a great opportunity for the right individual! Position is seasonal, mid May - mid November. 



Pick Your Own

Cashiers - fast, friendly folk who can explain our pricing clearly, give directions, smile, and ring up sales accurately. Weekend hours available. 
 Harvest Guides - are responsible for helping customers in the fields and orchards, giving directions, and teaching them how to harvest correctly. Must be mature, patient and like to interact with people. Position involves lots of walking and being outside in all weather conditions. Weekend hours, some weekday shifts available.

Tractor Drivers - responsible for safe operation of wagon rides, loading and unloading customers, along with providing general information to our customers. Must have a driver's license with clean record and be able to drive a standard transmission. Hours available are weekdays and weekends.
