What's New at the Midtown YMCA
We will be upgrading the gymnasium floor to an official basketball wood floor April 17th-30th. During this time-
All group exercise classes will be held in the multipurpose room
Pickleball will be held at Robert Strange Park/MLK outdoor courts Mondays-Friday from 1:30pm-3:30pm. Beginner lessons and play will take place on Mondays. 6 courts will be available

New Class- Forrest Yoga
Join us Fridays from 12:00-12:55pm at the Express Y for an intermediate to advanced level Hatha-based yoga that balances active sequences of movement and longer holding poses to build strength and flexibility.

Join the fun! The Y and the Senior Games by the Sea partner each year to host the Senior Games for adults ages 50 and older. The competition includes athletic and artistic events.

Moving For Better Balance - New Sessions Begin April & May
Do you worry about falling? Do you feel unsteady at times? Moving for Better Balance is a proven program to help older adults build strength, improve balance, and reduce the risk of falls. Participants gain confidence in their mobility through this 12-week (2 x per week) program, by moving through a progression of slow, therapeutic movements. Instructors are specially trained and the classes are delivered in a safe and supportive group setting.
