30 MINUTE BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT
      
Are you bored with the treadmill and elliptical? Try this dynamic body weight workout to change things up. Not only will your body get a great workout your mind will stay challenged as well.


 
Tickets
$15.00 for adults (children 18 years old and under are free).
Tickets can be purchased at the following locations:
  • Stop by any YMCA of the Fox Cities location, tickets will be available at the Member Services Desk.
  • In person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office.
  • In person at New Hope Church, 1850 American Drive, Neenah. 
This event will help our community's "working poor" families with proceeds benefiting five YMCA Before and After School 21st Century Program sites.
