If you haven't submitted your video yet, do so asap! And, please help spread the word! The deadline has been extended, but October 1st 2012 is the latest date for submissions.

Acting Competition to see who can perform the best monologue, scene, or sketch from my book!

The winner will receive a cash prize, a scholarship, and wonderful industry prizes. That's well-over $1000 in prizes! Plus, the judges will be top NY talent agents and managers!

Plus-Plus, we will feature the winning performance in an upcoming show with THE ACTOR'S PROJECT NYC!

AGAIN, SUBMIT ASAP, BECAUSE THE ACTOR WITH THE MOST VIEWS WILL ALSO WIN PRIZES FROM TAPNYC THEATRE COMPANY! AND THE SOONER YOU SUBMIT THE MORE FOLKS WILL SEE YOUR WORK (INCLUDING INDUSTRY!) Deadline for submission is OCTOBER 1ST (but don't wait that long!)

Make a video of the performance.

*Please Keep the video under 25 MB.
*Make sure the video is in .mov or .m4v format.

All contestants must be 18+

Winner will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of Bobby Holder(Author, Artistic Director of TAPNYC Theatre Company), Sue Winik (Talent Agent w/ Sheplin-Winik Artists Agency, Erica Moran (Talent Agent w/ Avalon Artists Group & BMG Models), Heather Finn (Talent Agent w/ Frontier Booking International), Marius Bargielski (Talent Agent w/ Metropolis Artists Agency), Jenevieve Brewer (Talent Agent w/ Aboutface Talent Agency), Lakey Wolff (Talent Agent w/ CESD), and Ingrid French (Talent Manager w/ IFM).

The Winner will be responsible for his/her own travel and accommodations, if you wish to perform the winning piece in a show with The Actor's Project NYC and/or take advantage of the scholarship program or NY based prizes. If not able to travel, we will post winning work on our website.
