Chamber Expo/Outlook Breakfast, November 8
We hope to see a great YP turnout at the Chamber's Business Expo, coming up November 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the resort's Governor's Hall.
The Chamber Business Expo is the region's largest business showcase - an opportunity to check out the products, services, and personnel of almost 150 exhibitors from the region's business and non-profit sector. You can connect with over a thousand attendees and hundreds of other area business people who take part in the event.
Prior to the Business Expo, the Chamber will welcome several hundred attendees to the annual Economic Outlook Breakfast. It will feature a panel discussion with Sarah Hubbard of Acuitas and Chris Holman of the Michigan Business Network.
Holman will present the results of the MBN's annual Michigan Business Index, an overview of the conditions and expectations of Michigan's business sector based on MBN's yearly survey of hundreds of business owners around the state.
Hubbard, a principal of Acuitas in Lansing that provides legislative ser Traverse City Area Chamber and the Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance, will discuss the state and national political climate as well as what the region's small business sector can expect in the weeks and months ahead. TraverseCONNECT CEO Doug Luciani will moderate this enlightening and informative discussion that you'll want to hear.
