"So You Wanna Be A Boss" was a success! There is a daily hustle and bustle of going to a 9-5 and following the rules of others. There are times where young professionals want to think outside the box. Thus, eEntrepreneurship is on the minds of many thriving young professionals. A panel of successful entrepreneurs presented to members about the pros and/or cons of entrepreneurship. The panel included Catherine Minnis, Sam Hines, Ralph Colimon, and Zamarr Brown. A question and answer session was held for members to ask detailed questions about entrepreneurship. This meeting spoke to young professionals that are currently entrepreneurs, were previously entrepreneurs, and future entrepreneurs.

Prior to the invigorating entrepreneurial discussion, members had the opportunity to learn about organ donation. Currently, the African American population is the most at risk for fatalities due to not having organ matches. Myths were squashed as organ donation was encouraged amongst the young professional demographic. Some young professionals even signed up.

Also, ULBCYPN member Casandra Roache introduced her Success Academy and offered great incentive for young professionals.
