S. Trust Territories of the Pacific, Northern Marianas, Laos, Cambodia or Taiwan)

To be included on the listing as a Section 3 business it must meet one of the following definitions:
A business concern that is 51% or more owned by Section 3 resident; or

Whose permanent, full-time employees include persons, at least 30% of whom are currently Section 3 residents, or within three years of the date of 1st employment with the business concern were Section 3 residents; or

A business concern that provides evidence of a commitment to subcontract in excess of 25% of the dollar award of all subcontractors to be awarded to business concerns that meet the qualifications set forth in paragraphs 1 or 2 above

(A Section 3 resident is defined as a Public Housing Resident, or a resident of a metro area or non-metro county in which the Section 3 covered assistance is expended, and who qualifies as a low or very low income person)

SETTING THE GOAL FOR  TRANSPORTATION'S
FUTURE IN YORK COUNTY
Go York 2045 Asks for Your Input

A coalition of more than sixty organizations has come together to chart the course for the future of transportation in York County. In a statement of the goal for Go York 2045, local leaders lay the groundwork for an ambitious plan to engage the public and businesses in creating a forward-looking, affordable, efficient, and safe transportation system to connect people and goods in our community.

Input from all York Countians is crucial to the success of Go York 2045, especially at this first step as the group sets the strategic direction of the plan. To collect feedback, the group has created a short survey to gauge public support for the draft goal, available at www.surveymonkey.com/r/goyork_go_1 , or www.goyork2045.com .

Go York 2045 is an update to York County's Long Range Transportation Plan, a component of the County Comprehensive Plan. Upon its completion, the plan will include projected changes to the transportation system in York County over the next 27 years, and major strategies and transportation projects. The York County Planning Commission and the York Area Metropolitan Planning Organization lead the planning effort. More information about Go York 2045 is available at www.goyork2045.com .
