I will never forget reading Dr. Yonggi Cho's EXCELLENT Book, THE FOURTH DIMENSION-you can DOWNLOAD it for FREE:
Although I read this MANY years ago, I STILL remember him saying:
"You want a husband/wife? What COLOR do YOU desire? How old, how tall, what color eyes or hair?
Do want/need a house or car? Where EXACTLY do you want to live, how big a house, how many bedrooms-one level or two???
What KIND of car do YOU want-what color-automatic or four in the floor!!??"
I PRAYED this PRAYER many times over the years!
When I felt the need to move to McDonough in 1998, I PRAYED over my housing NEED.
I was tired of climbing steps in my present house in Marietta, GA. And was sick of my neighbors-SMILE!!
My house was in horrible condition so I PRAYED:
"
Lord, I want a NEW house this time-BRAND NEW/NEVER LIVED IN/NOT USED OR PRE-OWNED!!!!
I want a ONE LEVEL house AND I want some acreage where I had NO nosy neighbors to pester me!!!"
Can I get a witness!!??"
God GAVE me a BRAND NEW HOUSE, on a dirt road, no less, ONE level on two acres of HEAVILY wooded land!
In fact, my house in located on a old Christmas tree farm and has two acres of 30 feet high over grown Christmas trees surrounding it!!
Can you say NO nosy neighbors to pry into what we are doing!!??
BUT as the song posted above says:
