We have many things to celebrate as this year comes to a close.   Falcon is pleased to announce that we were recently recognized as one of the Charlotte area's "2015 Best Places to Work."

However, our biggest indicator of success is in how well we serve our customers.  We have received a great deal of positive feedback from our customers from our 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey. Our goal is to perpetuate this same level of service in the years to come.

From all of us at Falcon, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with much joy and prosperity.

In our last eNewsletter, we celebrated Hennie's 25th anniversary with Falcon.

Hennie started off as an office administrator also doing some work in payables for Falcon's accounting department in Charlotte.

Over the years Hennie took on more accounting responsibility and soon became a key member of the accounting team.

Jeanie Hatfield joined Falcon's Louisville office in 2010 with 30 years of experience in warehouse receiving.  She does an excellent job supporting and servicing our Kentucky area customers.

Both Jeanie and Hennie are looking forward to spending time with their family and friends after retirement.

Hennie, Jeannie: we th ank you both for your many years of service and for a job well done!  You will be missed by all!
