Phantom Gallery and Cafe
January 12, 2013                                    7:00 p.m.
Featured Musician, Art Works, and Open Mic
What is the Phantom Gallery and Cafe, you might ask.  It is a monthly event of music by local musicians, art works displayed by local artists, and a chance for everyone to come and show off their talents at the "open mic."  Each Phantom Gallery and Cafe evening will be held on the second Saturday of the month in Elliot Hall.  There will be gourmet snacks served while guests listen to the feature musical entertainment  and view the gallery of art works.

The featured guest entertainer for the January 12th evening is Donald Rappaport, a member of the Broward Folk Club.  Art work on display will be provided by the Broward Art Guild and members of the community.

The Phantom Gallery and Cafe has a $5. cover charge at the door.  A portion of the proceeds will go to support Ruth's Ministry, the feeding program for the homeless sponsored by First Congregational Church.

"Each week, it takes about $200. to make the hot meal to
feed about 100 homeless and hungry in the community."
If only 40 people come out to enjoy the evening of music
and art, those who would go to sleep hungry and cold will
have a nutritious hot meal through Ruth's Ministry work.
