Appreciative Inquiry is a model for analysis, decision making, and the creation of strategic change particularly within companies and organizations. The purpose of this webinar is to help participants learn how to use Appreciative Inquiry to achieve greater results as a leader, team member, or individual contributing within any organization. Participants will learn the four stages of Appreciative Inquiry (Discovery, Dream, Design, Delivery/Destiny) and how to ask the right questions to determine what is working and why, rather than what is not working. Finding out what "works" will lay the foundation to positive change both in business as well as outside of the workplace.
