Community Planning and Development will discuss permits, codes, and ordinances relevant to the design and construction of commercial and multifamily projects in Denver. We host this event every year as a time to update customers on recent changes, both procedural and code-based, as well to answer your questions. This free event is approved for both ICC and AIA (HSW) credit.

Potential zoning updates in works for Central Platte Valley
|

A draft zoning update that would create new zone districts for the Central Platte Valley-Auraria District and advance the community's recently adopted vision for the area is now available for public review and comment.
To learn more, come to a community open house on Thursday, October 4. Attendees will hear about the proposed zone districts, which will work in tandem with Design Standards and Guidelines, and have the chance to provide feedback.
