I would like to personally invite you to what promises to be a phenomenal evening--the 2011 Celebrate Life Banquet which will be held on Wednesday, October 12, at 6:30 p.m. at the Four Points Sheraton Pittsburgh North, 910 Sheraton Drive, Mars, Pennsylvania. 

Our keynote speaker, The Honorable Rick Santorum, is an exemplary faith-filled man who fought tirelessly for the right to life while he represented all Pennsylvanians in the United States Senate.  You and your family and friends will be inspired as Senator Santorum delivers the pro-life talk of the year-but only if you come to the banquet. 

In addition to Senator Santorum, the new auxiliary bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, the Most Reverend William Waltersheid, will be on hand to offer opening remarks and the invocation.  And, Dr. Donn S. Chapman, Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Ministries, will be on hand to wrap up the evening and offer the benediction.  Both religious leaders have outstanding reputations as defenders of the right to life.

You won't want to miss some of the other happenings at the Celebrate Life Banquet, including the presentation of the 2011 Pennsylvania Pro-Life Lifetime Achievement Award to Therese and the late Jim Brehany of Beaver County.  They will be honored for their outstanding pro-life accomplishments over the decades which prevented abortions and promoted respect for human life at all levels.

And, the 2011 Pennsylvania Pro-Life Leadership Award will be presented to the Kurt and Maggie Kondrich Family.  In 2003, when their daughter, Chloe, was born with Down syndrome, they were caught completely off guard.  Since then, they have been on a crusade to demonstrate to the world that EVERY child deserves the best life possible.  Along with Chloe's big brother, Nolan, the Kondrich's are to be commended for taking on this much overlooked cause in the pro-life movement.
