Dear Friends,

We hope you are enjoying these summer days!  Here are some tips to stay healthy and fit this summer:

Another way to stay healthy is to connect with friends.

Our members recently enjoyed a docent led tour at the Bruce Museum.

Why not join our Book Club, Tech Class, American Literature Class or enjoy an Ice Cream Social?

See the sidebar for details on upcoming programs.  Members are always welcome to bring a friend.
