Featured Property- Caldwell Building

The Caldwell Building is a three story, newly renovated historic landmark structure, built in the 1880s. The original building was re-designed by Ms. Liza Caldwell after careful research and blending of the architectural styles that existed in the area during the Victorian Period. The emphasis was placed on creating an attractive style which blends into the community while preserving its historical nature. This building, with first floor retail, now offers an upper two story office complex with up to 17,000 square feet of Class A office space.
The appeal of the Caldwell Building likes not only in the attractive design and functional, efficient work space, but also in its location. Standing in the heart of the downtown Huntington community, the Caldwell Building offers tenants access to parking garages, restaurants, shopping and entertainment within comfortable walking distance.
The Caldwell Building is located within a one-block radius to federal, state and local government complexes in downtown Huntington. It is also located one block from Pullman Square, a mixed use retail center/commercial development combining boutique retail options with leisure amenities targeting upscale consumers.
