Meet BRETT WARREN
Director, Residential Mortgage Lending
|
Brett has been a leader in the region's mortgage industry for more than three decades, working both as a bank mortgage department director and consultant to financial institutions before operating his own mortgage company for 22 years. Eager to serve customers with the expanded loan capacity and resources available at Hyperion Bank, and sharing our commitment to excellent customer service, Brett joined our team in March 2018.
Highly knowledgeable about every aspect of residential financing, including purchase and refinance loans, Brett shares his expertise with consumers to help them get the loans they need and have a smooth closing process. His goal is to offer a competitive array of fixed and adjustable rate mortgage loans, listen to each customer's individual needs, and guide home-buyers to the loan that best matches their short and long-term financial goals.
Brett is also a Faculty Member of the prestigious Temple University Real Estate Institute, where since 1994 he has educated real estate salespersons, investors, developers, and consumers about topics in residential financing and funding strategies. Dedicated to consumer education, Brett takes the time to ensure that his customers fully understand their options and the mortgage process. He is particularly experienced in assisting first-time home-buyers, and has served as a volunteer mortgage advisor to Habitat for Humanity.

Brett grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, and attended both the Ogontz (now Abington) and State College campuses of The Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife raised two daughters and a son in Abington Township, PA. Brett enjoys basketball, cycling, running, kayaking, and the Jersey Shore. He is looking forward to the
next
Eagles Super Bowl Championship.
Fun Fact:
Brett still plays basketball with old friends from Philadelphia's Solis-Cohen Elementary School, Max Myers Playground, Northeast High School (where he followed his father on the varsity team), Penn State Ogontz, and Klein JCC. To share b-ball stories:

Organized by The Franklin Institute in collaboration with 200 of the region's premier science, cultural, and educational establishments, the annual Philadelphia Science Festival offers more than 80 events over nine days in communities all across the region. Penn Relays Carnival, April 26-28, Franklin Field, W. Philly
|
Founded in 1895, the Penn Relays is America's oldest and largest collegiate track and field competition and a Philadelphia rite of spring. Each year, up to 100,000 spectators come to see the world's top high school, collegiate, and professional, male and female athletes compete in a weekend of impressive races.
