Please join us in welcoming Lee Green to the Hyperion Bank team! As our new Branch Manager, Lee will work to ensure that our banking office is always warm and welcoming, and that every customer service experience exceeds your expectations.

Lee found his passion for banking and building customer relationships in his first job after high school graduation, working as a teller at a local bank in Maryland. Upon moving to Houston, Texas, he worked in bank operations at a credit union, where his expanding responsibilities included accounting and senior financial services representative.

To further his career, Lee earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Management with a minor in Leadership at Our Lady of the Lake University. He then gained significant experience in bank operations as an assistant branch manager in Houston and Philadelphia. With more than 15 years in banking and his genuine concern for customers, Lee's dedication is perfectly aligned with Hyperion Bank, where our clients always come first.

Lee says, “I enjoy building strong customer relationships and helping people. I joined Hyperion Bank in November because the team here shares my commitment to a client-focused culture. I look forward to meeting and getting to know our customers, and helping with all banking needs."

Raised in a military family, Lee grew up in South Carolina, Germany, Maine, and Maryland. He moved to Philadelphia in 2015 and now enjoys the region's restaurants, outdoor activities, and local wineries, as well as adventure travel in Mexico and Costa Rica. On November 9, 2017, Hyperion Bank Co-Chairman and CEO Charles B. Crawford, Jr. was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB). Charlie is a strong advocate for community banking, and has worked throughout his career to build community banks that best serve their neighbors, family-owned businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

Based in Harrisburg, PA, the PACB works to preserve, promote and protect the principles of community banking. PACB's community bank members are dedicated to local management and reinvesting funds back into their communities, with lending that helps individuals and businesses turn their financial dreams into realities. Hyperion Bank is proud to be a member of PACB.

At this giving time of year, we are grateful to all who donated food and funds to help Philadelphia's 26th Police District provide Thanksgiving baskets for families that struggle with food insecurity. Hyperion Bank proudly served as a collection site and matched all cash contributions, to support the police in this important initiative. On November 14th, Officers Eddie Correa and Jose Dones visited our branch to collect our annual donations.
