By joining the CASCADE FH patient registry you are now a pioneer in an important initiative to improve the diagnosis and treatment of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). 

 

FH is a family disease. One of our goals is to dramatically increase family screening of FH. The hope is to find out who in each affected family has inherited FH and treat them early enough to delay the onset of heart disease.
