Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

You are invited to come to a FREE Orientation! This information session on October 10, will help you to find out if the MBSR Program is a right fit for you!

MBSR will help you learn how to intentionally cope better with pain, illness and the stress within your life. This is an eight week program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is offered across the world within corporations, in healthcare, education and as part of wellness programs.

Our 8 week program will run Tuesdays from
October 17 - December 5 
with one full day session November 19

Personal Development Yoga Actions Workshops for Seasoned Yogis

In this Yoga Actions Specialty Class on September 23 from 1- 5pm, you will learn to work safely with a partner while you experiment with a cellular mula bandha breath during an inversion practice. Inversions allow us to face our fears and open our physical and energy pathways while pranayama increases the amount of energy that can then flow through these opened passages. Thus, our ability to remain detached, trusting and courageous is strengthened, no matter what confronts us.
