FREE Orientation! This information session on October 10, will help you to find out if the MBSR Program is a right fit for you!
MBSR will help you learn how to intentionally cope better with pain, illness and the stress within your life. This is an eight week program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is offered across the world within corporations, in healthcare, education and as part of wellness programs.
Our 8 week program will run Tuesdays from
October 17 - December 5
with one full day session November 19
